  • Ground-level interiors continue on the east side of the project, north of Wilshire Boulevard.
  • Basement and ground-level interiors continue on the Spaulding Lot, south of Wilshire Boulevard.
  • Grading, concrete paving, and landscaping for new outdoor spaces continue throughout the project.
  • A portion of the public sidewalk along the south side of Wilshire Boulevard, between Spaulding Avenue and South Stanley Avenue, is closed through March 2026 to allow installation of new sidewalk and street trees in that area. Pedestrians are rerouted to the north side of Wilshire Boulevard between Spaulding Avenue and South Stanley Avenue during this time.
  • A portion of the public sidewalk along the east side of Spaulding Avenue, between Wilshire Boulevard and 8th Street, is closed through March 2026 to allow installation of new sidewalk and street trees in that area. Pedestrians are rerouted to the west side of Spaulding Avenue between Wilshire Boulevard and 8th Street during this time.
  • A portion of the northbound vehicular lane on Spaulding Avenue, between 8th Street and Wilshire Boulevard, is closed through March 2026 to allow installation of a new sidewalk and street trees adjacent to that area. The southbound vehicular lane is open during this time.
